Mallorca Planer is an independent planning guide to Mallorca. We are not an official site of the island, not a public body and not a travel agency.

## What this site is and is not

This site helps you plan a stay in Mallorca: regions, towns, beaches, excursions and when to go. It does not belong to any administration, tourist board or tour operator. We sell nothing ourselves and take no bookings. If you book something, it always happens with a third-party provider and under that provider's terms.

## How the pages are made

Verifiable details such as areas, populations, heights, distances or a UNESCO status come from sources that we opened for the page in question: official bodies where available (Govern, Consell de Mallorca, AEMET, BOE, UNESCO, Aena, TIB), plus Wikipedia and Wikidata for geography. The sources are listed at the end of each page, each with the date it was checked. Every page also carries the date of its last update.
- Straight-line distances are calculated from coordinates and labelled as straight-line.
- Our own text carries no third-party prices such as admission, bus fares or parking charges, while the activity and accommodation cards show the provider's indicative "from" price.
- We give opening hours only when an official source states them, and then with a date.
- What we cannot back up, we leave out.

The texts describe and put things in context. They are not first-hand travel reports.

## Affiliate links to activities and accommodation

The links to activities and accommodation are affiliate links. If you book with a provider through one of these links, the provider may pay us a commission. The booking, the payment and the contract are handled entirely by the provider.
The prices shown are indicative "from" prices. They are set by each provider and can change with date, availability and number of guests. The binding price is always the one the provider shows you before you complete the booking.
